Education
To provide education, through our affiliation with Western University, to a multidisciplinary constituency to promote the continuance of health care for future generations.
Research
To provide leadership in research endeavours with the community and University to promote health care proactively and in response to identified needs.
Management
To identify the health care needs of the community and manage within the financial resources available.
